Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: We usually ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid your wines being stored in warehouses or trucks that are not temperature controlled over the weekend. Online orders will ship the Monday or Tuesday following the order date and are always sent with 2 or 3-day service to arrive within the week. If you would like your wine to be shipped on a different day, please notify our office at support@bombwines.com. Overnight shipment may be possible.  We do not recommend ground shipment as wine can be damaged by heat or cold. If you have us ship wine to you via ground service, you are responsible for damage or loss - we will not replace the wine or refund your money.

Please note that we do not ship wines in extreme temperatures - either heat or cold - and will hold packages until weather permits safe transport of your order.  Please contact the winery if you have questions regarding the status of your shipment.

For Pre-Sales/Futures, your purchase reserves your wine.  We will contact when your wine is ready to ship to confirm your shipping address and shipping method.  Shipping will be billed separately at this time.

Wine Shipping Restrictions:

You must be 21 or older to order wine.

Unfortunately, wine shipping laws prevent us from shipping to all states. If your order cannot be filled we will contact you and suggest alternative states near you that we can ship to.

RETURNS

We do not accept wine returns as it is against the law to do so. If your wine was damaged during shipment please contact our shipping coordinator at: support@bombwines.com and/or call and ask for the shipping coordinator at 973-900-7087.
